Looking for Contemporary Dance? At Live 2 Dance, our Lyrical classes blend the expressive storytelling of lyrical dance with the creativity and freedom often found in contemporary movement. Dancers learn to connect emotion, musicality, technique, and artistry while exploring movement that encourages self-expression and performance quality. This lyrical/contemporary style helps dancers develop strength, flexibility, control, and confidence while telling a story through movement.Perfect for dancers who enjoy expressive choreography, emotional connection to music, and creative movement exploration.

These classes are designed for dancers ages 13 & up as of September 15th. These classes cover a range of subjects that will include, but are not limited to, Ballet, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary and Hip Hop. In these classes students will be exploring expanded musicality skills, technical skill advancement and personal growth specifically in self-confidence, getting outside their comfort zones and goal setting. Dancers wishing to significantly expand their technical skills are encouraged to take all classes as they complement each other; however, dancers wishing to study only one style are also welcome.
Costs
Each monthly rate includes the following: 1st 40 min class $111.45. Includes Dancewear. 2nd 40 min class $82.06, Dancewear is not included. 1st 30 min class $91.65. Includes Dancewear. 2nd 40 min class $62.26, Dancewear is not included. Multi-Class Discounts: Vary depending on enrollment.
Not Included: Extra dancewear purchased throughout the season, Showcase Package Upgrades, Membership Fee, Winter Recital and/or Spring Showcase Tickets
